Sign into Scout and open the tenant workspace.

Scout uses tenant-aware sessions. Production sign-in uses Google, while local operator environments can still fall back to a signed demo session when needed.

Domain target: scout.hyvelabs.tech. Production Google sign-in will redirect back to Scout and issue a tenant-aware session cookie.
